Check-In, Check-Out and Time Policy

Check-in time is 2:00 noon; Check-out time is 10 am.

Check-In prior to 09:00 hrs are held from the previous evening itself and charged.

Check-Out from 12:00 – 18:00 hrs are charged additional half day rate.(Subject to availability).

Rate & Payment Policy

All Rates / Prices mentioned / Displayed in the tariff are on the seasonal basis and are subject to change and at the sole discretion of management at Rann Resort Dholavira.

All Rates / Prices mentioned / Displayed in the tariff are exclusive of taxes.

Offers or promotion booked are non-refundable.

Child Policy

Infant age is considered 3 years below.

Child age is considered from 3 years up to 12 years.

Adult age is considered 12 years above.

Extra Bed Rate is charged for Child aged 6 years and above.

CXL & Refund Policy

Within 24 hrs of Check-in OR No Show, Cancellation charges will be 100% Cost.

From 2 (post 24 hours) to 6 days of Check-in, Cancellation charges will 80%.

From 7 to 14 days of Check-in, Cancellation charges will be Rs. 1000 Fixed Cost.

On and before 15 days of Check-in, Cancellation charges will be 0% Cost.

Online refunds for bookings made through the website usually take 7-10 working days.

Credit/debit card online refunds will only be made against credit/debit card bookings and usually take 15 working days.

Credit/debit card will be charged 5% extra.

The original receipt must be presented for processing the refund.

Security Policy

As per the Government of India’s security regulations, it is mandatory for all guests to show an identity proof (passport for foreigners) at the time of check-in. Please do ensure that you carry this with you.

In case any damage is done to the Resort property by guests during their stay, it will be the sole accountability of the guest that made the booking and Rann Resort may levy damage charges as deemed fit.

Management reserves the right to decline any guest check-in, if found unsatisfactory, at the time of check-in, management reserves all the rights to dishonor the check-in.

In such cases respective cancellation charges will be levied as per the policy.
